Adil Behramaj, the president's adviser, says Kurti with the letter sent to Vice President Mike Pence, questioned American intelligence and offended the United States.
He writes:
Kurt has not only questioned American intelligence, telling US vice president that President Thaci is misinterpreting them, but he has again offended the United States. Besides, he's also indirectly attacked Ambassador Green. Kurti, in Kosovo's history, is the only party and institutional leader that internal political rivalry tries to export throughout the world. By some minor mistake, everyone else has played much more correct politically!
Kurti's claim by President Thaci is misinterpreting the US, first of all, is an insult to the US Embassy in Kosovo, which is the first hand of information for the UN and the White House, as it regularly informs them of everything that happens in Kosovo. And secondly, it is an insult to Ambassador Green as former director of American National Intelligence and President Trump and Vice President Pence, who have entrusted this extremely important task to him, where mismanagement is simply not part of the job.
The low end of Kurt but much more necessary for his indulgence to be internationalized!
