It's been almost three months since gastronomy was completely shut down because of pandemic.
As of Monday, locals and cafes are expected to open, adhering to rules set by the Ministry of Health.
But the price of machiato will evidently not be the same.
This growth phenomenon will be returned not only to major cities in Kosovo but also to villages and towns with smaller populations.
These are the rules that clients have to abide by since June 1st.
These are the rules to follow:
-We need to understand that Distance is necessary to maintain health,
Each table should have a mile apart from the other.
- Our staff must be equipped with masks, there's no need for gloves.
- Deinfectors must be placed in locals, where customers have access to it.
For a short time we must not allow customers access to Banak for orders.
(to eliminate the risk of carrying the virus to our staff and prevent distribution to customers)
-The menus should become a service or those that are cracked up to disinfect after any use)
-We're going to work in a closed and open environment, the vivid 19 virus has proven that in open environments it's more vulnerable so we ask businesses to keep open glass to be the airy locals.
- Let's put self-disciplinary signs in the locals so that we can remind our clients to keep their distance, personal hygiene and to keep healthy.
-Pevis (forks, spoon knives) -We'll send them by orders, not by being exposed to the table.
- Managers and local owners hold the responsibility for any order of assembly at the locals not hesitate to contact the law.
