Prime Minister Edi Rama today stated that “after May 18th will come the opening process even of flows to enter Albania from air and land, bringing another challenge to respect house self-curantination rules for all who enter the country's territory”.
The prime minister stressed that all the ease of the measures will continue to consult the Technical Committee of Experts.
