Arban Abrashi, through a Facebook post, has shown that along with Deputy Justice Minister Florian Dush today, they have submitted comments to the Constitutional Court concerning the constitutionality of the Drrect handed over by President Thaci days ago.
According to Abrashi, the LDK is convinced that the decree for nominating the LDK candidate, Avdullah Hoti, is in full accordance with the Constitution.

Today with Florian Dashi, we handed in comments to the Constitutional Court regarding the constitutionality of the Decree 24/2020, in the case of KO 72/20
Florian thanks for professionally worked comments confirming that the decree is in full accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, based on issues related to the MP's mandate, with “Travaux Preparatoureres”, the Constitutional Court's act of KO 1/03/14, the August 22nd 2019 session, the public position of LV President, etc.
As we mentioned earlier, we are convinced that the decree for the name of the LDK candidate, Mr. Avdullah Hoti, is fully complying with the Constitution.
