Over 32 thousand deaths have reached figures in the United Kingdom, after more than 260 deaths reported within 24 hours.
Even in the second most affected country in the world, improvements are seen on a daily basis, in the number of victims and infections.
Nearly 40,000 new infections were reported to the United Kingdom, causing the total number to reach nearly 220 thousand.
Italy reported 165 casualties within 24 hours, a number lower than the previous days. The death toll there has reached 30,000 and 560.
Even the number of infected has dropped by about 800 on the last day, exceeding 219 thousand.
France has reported 70 victims for the past day -- the smallest number for a long time.
However, 26.380 deaths from the virus are reported, while infected, there are over 177 thousand.
Throughout Europe, countries are facilitating isolation measures, hoping they will not lead to a second wave of infections from the new coronary.
In France, elementary schools will begin working with low student numbers, while furniture stores, libraries, hair salons and florists will be reopened.
Restaurants, cinemas and bars will stay closed. In Belgium, most businesses will be opened, though physical distance from citizens will be required. Restaurants, bars and cafes will remain closed.
