US gives more than $2m to Albania in combating Coronavirus

The United States has donated over $2 million to Albania to cope with the Corleone pandemic.
US Ambassador to Albania Yuri Kim said this figure was reached after the latest $900, provided by the US government for our country.
According to her, these funds have been provided for labs, case tracking and technical assistance.
In total, Kim points out, the United States has helped Albania with $700m since 2000.
We will always stand next to our friends and lead the fight against global threats”.
In the last 20 years, of the total amount of nearly 700 million dollars the United States has invested in Albania, nearly $52 million has gone to health, says the State Department's summary.
