14 individuals in quarantine refuse food, request testing, and complain to Arben Vitita

14 persons found in quarantine at the Center of Students have denied food today as a sign of untested dissatisfaction. Today is their seventh day in quarantine and they say that the Minister of Health himself, Arben Vitita, has promised they will be tested, Express reports. Before [...]
Two days ago, they also sent a letter to the Minister of Health, Arben Year, through which they asked to be released, as 19 others have been released from this center, for reasons they consider suspicious.
On the other hand, a number of passengers have been released, for reasons we consider suspicious (19 persons). So we demand that we all be tested tomorrow for COVID-19, if we're negative to release. On the contrary, we consider that the MSH has acted unilaterally and we are forced to take other measures”, said their letter to the Year.
They had also accepted the ministry's response to this letter.
One of the quarantiners, Bedredin Guraj, has told Gazeta Express that Vitita had replied to their request, asking them not to distribute and had told them they would be tested on the seventh day of quarantine.
He says they've rejected food today as a sign of dissatisfaction, since they're not being tested.
We've rejected food today. Anyone who doesn't distribute it, you're going out in seven days. We wrote to the Ministry, and he told us not to share this letter and that you will be tested on the seventh day, since he's changed quarantine rules and that if you get negative, you'll be released on the eighth day”, Guraj told Express.
Their letter to the Minister:
Your Honor. Vitia, Minister of Health,
Let me inform you that by May 2, 2020, we have traveled from Austria to Kosovo for a total of 36 people.
Moreover, as any citizen traveling for Kosovo, we are quarantined in QSU for 14 days.
On the other hand, a number of travelers have been released, for reasons we consider to be suspicious (19 persons).
So we demand that we all be tested tomorrow for COVID-19, if we're negative to release.
Instead, we consider the MSH to have acted unilaterally and are forced to take other measures.
Thank you for your understanding.
