There are ventilation shortages in the United States and protective equipment for health staff, while businesses and individuals are also struggling economically.
The United States, simultaneously, has the largest number of people infected with coronarys in the world: over 398,000, while the number of victims there has exceeded 12,000.
Of the technology billionaires, even Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, has allocated $30m, most of which will be invested in efforts to create a treatment.
The Amazon's Jeff Bezos has allocated $100 million, while the chief executive of Apple company, Tim Cook, has said he will donate medical supplies to Italy with the largest number of victims from corruption in the world.
