In Harbin, the capital of the Chinese province of Hejlongiang, all public gatherings have been banned, as the number of coronary infected people has been noted, CNN reports on Wednesday.
According to National Commission for Health reports, seven new cases of COVID-19 were recorded yesterday in Heilgiang, for which authorities have taken measures to restrict movement.
The province's government has announced that in the capital with 10 million, residents can only be accompanied inside their homes.
