The IHMKA reports that minimal temperatures will range between 2-3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 19-21 degrees Celsius.
It will blow mostly from the northeast at 1-9m/s, on the Kosovo plain, while in Dukagjin, mainly north of Dukagjin, wind speed will reach over 13m/s, the institute warns.
