Education International (EI) is continuing to communicate with member education unions from around the world, representing 32 million education workers.
To encourage them to work and engagement even in this difficult situation, El Secretary General David Edwards has held a remote meeting with representatives of member unions.
At the opening of this meeting, Edwards spoke of the situation created by the Corona COVID-19 virus and commended education workers, saying that the International Education is carefully following the current situation and stands in favour of colleagues around the world who are engaged in all the opportunities to best realise the learning process from far away.
Representatives from various countries have presented commitments that are being made everywhere in the countries of the world to realise the lesson from a distance -- a challenge, as they said, that is presenting difficulties everywhere, but there is no lack of the commitments of educational workers.
Part of this meeting from a distance was SBASK. Representatives of the Kosovo Education Union have introduced the current situation in the education of our state, also pointing to commitments being made in the service of the best practice of the education process from far away.
