Do not respond to Pacolli's complaint: Same measures apply to any citizens returning to Kosovo

The Health Ministry has reacted after AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli's complaint that the Kosovo government is preventing him from coming to Kosovo without putting him in quarantine.

It says that until today MP Pacolli has not reached official request at this ministry's address.

This minister has added that for every citizen of Kosovo, regardless of the position, they will be subject to the same measures for preventing the pandemic, Periscopi submits.

MS's full response:

From the media we were informed of the AKR Chairman's complaints and the MP of the Republic of Kosovo simultaneously, Mr. Pacolli Behgjet. So far, the Ministry of Health has reached no official request for any of what is mentioned in Mr. Pacolli.

As we have confirmed yesterday for cases of return of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo applies the same measures. Despite positions our citizens have before public health issues are treated, not by positions, but by pre-priced health criteria.

And we are not informed of any practice by advanced countries where one person's position does not submit to the standard prevention of spreading pandemic.

Reactions of this kind carry wrong messages to our citizens who are correctly applying the recommendations of institutions.
