Walter Riccardi, Italian representative to the World Health Organization, has stated that the return of the coronary epidemic more than one hypothesis, is security.

He has further said that some countries have had more victims because they have no serious measures.
The dangerous elections of some world political leaders will affect their people. If there have been many victims compared with others, it is because decisions have been made either later or wrongly.
The most obvious example is Britain and the United States, where governments have not heard the advice of scientists and reacted extremely late.
But, in countries like South Korea, Finland and Germany, where there is a unique command line and a fair report between politics and functioning institutions, things go better”, Riccard said.
