He has announced that he has proposed several names for mandates from the LDK ranks, but that the chairmanship has decided for the outgoing deputy prime minister at Kurti Government.
In this case I even gave my proposals, which were more than a name. Finally, after the inner debate that is usually held in the atmosphere and high democracy culture and what only the subject of the LDK is cultivated, our attitudes were drawn to the name of Professor Hoti, who also took the confidence of all in attendance”, wrote Quinn on Facebook.
Hoti says he has abstained from Hoti's vote for mandate, but has respected the party's decision and congratulated the nominated Hoti's desire for success.

My stay at the LDK Crusade Meeting
Dear friends, in order not to create space for speculation in different media, I want to inform you about the position I held today, at the LDK's completion, in the case of our candidate nomination for prime minister, Professor Avdullah Hoti.
Since the LDK preserves the culture of debate before making its decisions, prior to nomination has opened up the possibility of a debate that we've used while discussing facts and arguments about potential candidates.
Of course, Professor Avdullah Hoti's personality has been highly appreciated.
But the truth is, I said that I also saw the need for nominating any other personality of the party, always in an effort to meet the need to unify the structure of the party and the LDK voters.
In that case I gave my proposals, which were more than a name.
In the end, after the inner debate that, usually occurs in the atmosphere and high democracy culture and what only the subject of the LDK is cultivated, our attitudes were drawn to the name of the professor, Hoti, who took the confidence of all present.
I have abstained from voting, but of course I have respected the unanimous decision of Persia and wished the nominated to succeed and pray that we have God's blessing on this path.
