Law enforcement officer Dastid Pallaska has said war crimes are never filed.
Through a Facebook post, Pallaska has declared that amnesty of war crimes would constitute a crime in itself, following Periscope.
Pallasca's reaction comes after the statement by journalist Baton Haxhiu, who, speaking of an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, has said such an agreement should have 3 elements: 1. Special Court and Determine, 2. Amnesty in both countries, as 20 years later, there is why people are punished.
Pallasca's Facebook response:
War crimes amnesty is a crime on its own.
This is because amnesty not only argues war crimes but can also serve as a cause for new war.
War crimes are never recorded.
Their judgment is the obligation not only to the past but also to the future, since it is a key guarantee of sustainable peace.
