Deliu wrote on Facebook that as a technical consequence it was reported to have been 82 votes per, when the actual number would have to be greater.
“From the lack of improvement of the chip with accurate data, even today in the opinion is being manipulated with the number of supporters of the motion, claiming it was 82.
I remember here that the announced participants in the session were 117 deputies from whom the abstained was 1 MP and the votes against the motion were 32 (including Osman and its two deputies within the LDK). This means that the votes for the government's collapse must have been at least 84, not 82 as reported”, it wrote.
According to the MP, it constitutes a serious violation of the will of the MP and constitutional obligations on the part of the Parliament's leadership.
The exact number of votes can be easily found by reviewing TV footage of the moment of voting, but also by consulting the leaders of parliamentary groups who report correctly the will of the respective members.
The Speaker of the Parliament must enforce the secretariat as soon as possible to improve the process and provide precise data on the election's success hearing for the motion of failure to comply with the government”, Deliu wrote.
