He has said they are not interested in being part of any government.

Otherwise, the Democratic League of Kosovo has expressed itself ready for the formation of the new government. President Hashim Thaci has even officially asked Mustafa for the mandate's name for forming the government. The LDK has made the decision that Avdullah Hoti will be the candidate of this party for prime minister.
LDK leader Isa Mustafa has declared that he expects, perhaps next week, the coalition may be ready and seek the votes of approval in the Kosovo Assembly.
The government's approval of the assembly requires at least 61 votes for MPs.
The LDK has 28 deputies. But, 4 of them, even according to statements by LDK officials themselves, remain in question whether they will support the new government, which includes Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani.
The AAK has 13 deputies, Serbian List 10, Social Democrat Initiative 4 and New Kosovo Alliance 2 MPs.
We remember that the LDK initiated a no-confidence motion against the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV), 44 days after co-government with it.
