A person from the Smir village of one of the village of Skifteray of the Year are the last two cases confirmed with the COVID-19 virus from this municipality.
Three others are waiting to be tested for coronary testing, having contact with these viruses.
The Chairman of the Year's Community, Sokol Haliti, has provided details about these cases.
We had two new confirmed cases. One in Smir village and one in Skifteray. The Smira case is a contact case with the already felt person from our municipality, since they worked together. Due to contact with the infected person, he has been in solitary confinement for a week. Today they're going to test three people, we're waiting for their results”, Haliti told Express.
Haliti said the Year's Emergency Staff is continuing to control the situation there.
“Situata is under control, Emergency Headquarters is all the time in office to keep the situation under control. We're working on the isolation of citizens, in disincentiveing public spaces”, Haliti said.
Haliti has indicated that there are isolated families in several villages of the Year. In Pozherani, Skiftey, Smir, Ramyan, the people suspected of having contact with Corleone confirmed.
Meanwhile, the number of people confirmed by coronarys in Kosovo has already gone to 387. There are now 66, and nine people have already lost their lives as a result of the Coronavirus.
The last case of death was marked this morning, where a 69-year-old member of the Suhareka municipality was infected with COVID-19.
Kosovo's National Institute of Public Health is constantly appealing for citizens to stay at home and not to leave without a need to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
