Mustafa: Kurt's decision through Arben Vitit's mouth crosses any democratic borders

LDK head Isa Mustafa has said that incumbent Albin Kurti, through Health Minister Arben Vitita, has decided to ban circulation across Kosovo's entire territory, has overcome a state of emergency.

Dear Citizens
I would like today to share well with you on the job of the state bodies and citizens in the common struggle to cope with COVID-19. Also respected is the call of Headship A. SHORTLY to put aside the political struggle and unite in the struggle to preserve lives. I would like to take pride in the work of the LDK ministers who have remained in the government in office with this Pandemia prevention mission.
It is expected that the government in charge will segmentate crisis areas and regulate the movement of citizens in those parts, because we are all interested in defeating Pandemia. Not to challenge the state of emergency through the Ministry of Health.
The decisions the acting prime minister read to us last night at the historic “ ” through the mouth of the minister of health are disturbing. They cross any border of a democratic state.
Under these decisions, Kosovo citizens are not citizens with guaranteed constitutional rights. The incumbent government is not the government of a parliamentary state. It is not respecting the Constitution and the Constitutional Court Act. Certain ministries have become the law itself. MPs, as representatives of the people, will be able to go to the Assembly only when the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public Administration allows them. LDK ministers stand by.
MPs today are supposed to say their word. Not for financial packages. But for the government's usurpation of the state in office.
I don't doubt that the PDK as the instigator of this séance has not prepared a financial package proposal for good intentions, but with these draconic measures of this government in office no package works. Because when economic and business life is completely closed, there's no package that saves him or his citizens.
The only reasonable package is for this government and governing logic to go on the day before, to create a new government which, along with the Parliament, will present the necessary measures to overcome this situation we are in. IM
