Mustafa has said, during a live presentation at the central news edition on T7 television, that “should not go to new elections at this time, when we are facing Coronavirus”.
He has estimated that the country must be “done with the new government”, following the collapse of the government led by Albin Kurti.
If it comes to granting the mandate for LDK, we will, of course, talk to the other subjects in the Assembly, and make an acceptable resolution”, the LDK chief has declared.
Asked who would be the LDK candidate for prime minister, Mustafa has said such an issue has not been discussed in the party.
We haven't talked yet. We'll handle this case. I can't talk right now about the situation we can come in to”, he says.
“In the LDK we have good, responsible candidates, who can move the country forward with a good government”, Mustafa said in T7.
He has declared that his party can make “a coalition with AAKU and with Fatmir Limaj Initiative”.
Mustafa has not ruled out co-operation with Albin Kurti's Vetevendosje Movement, and with the Democratic Party of Kosovo, led by Kadri Wessel.
“We should definitely co-operate with the VV) and the PDK, especially for dialogue with Serbia”, Mustafa has said.
