Kosovo Judiciary Council ( KDK, under measures of protection from Pandemia Covid-19 has held the 231st meeting in a row, under the leadership of the leader, Skender Cochaj, with what cases have been discussed and adopted points according to the agenda.
The meeting began with discussion about the current situation with the Covis-19 situation in the general judicial system and its impact on the work of the country's courts, where it was concluded that all provisions of the country's courts have been disinfected, courts are working in accordance with the KDK's decision to reduce judicial activities, where all emergency cases presented in court are being addressed, also discussed the question of preparing the action plan to deal with cases that can be signed with the absolute prescription by the end of 2020.
KDP members approved the General Administrative Department's announcement of SKGK's retirement of judges.
As for the disciplinary reports submitted by the investigative panels, the Council made a decision to suspend all cases of these reports until the next announcement.
The Council approved the Commission's working plans for Court Management and the Commission for Standard Affairs, as well as at this meeting the investigative panels were formed for six disciplinary cases, while two requirements were approved for delaying the investigation deadlines due to the situation created with Covid-19.
