Through a Facebook post, the e-mail has called on the institutions to raise the reaction level while citizens help you stay at home.

Incredibly heavy to wake up today with the news that two others have lost the battle with coronavrus in Kosovo. At these moments, with our minds and hearts, we are close to family members in Pristina and Korisha in Prizren who have lost their most loved ones. This sad news shows once again that this virus is a deadly enemy that requires the maximum commitment of each of us to overcome. Institutions freeze their reaction level while we as citizens help by continuing to stay inside our homes. We pray that these will be the last victims of this virus in Kosovo.
