IKKPK explains the opinion about the tests it's doing for the choreographer.

The National Institute of Public Health has clarified the dilemmas regarding citizen testing for the COVID-19 pandemic, saying that the National Institute's labs are working with full capacity in line with human resources, laboratory capacity based on epidemiological indicators and regular planning in conveying the current epidemic situation. “Must [...]
We need to be careful about the somewhat increased pressure from health workers to do more tests. Beyond the management and planning of the institution where they work, without assessing the risk of contact with persons who have resulted positive at SARS-CoV-2, regardless of the self-isolation and testing protocols, it cannot be urgently required to take samples for testing: among other things, the IKSHPK explains.
This is the complete communique:
QYT LOVES!
For the sake of full transparency of opinion, the National Institute's labs are working with full capacity in line with human resources, laboratory capacity based on epidemiological indicators and regular planning in conveying the current epidemiological situation.
Based on O protocols With signs and symptoms of the disease, as well as risk assessments, each person has been in close contact with the positive COVIID-19 continues to be tested at the Infective Clinic, at the QKMF in Pristina, at Regional Institutes according to the needs of the ground, and with mobile teams of the Microbiology Department.
Epidemiologists and microbiologists in the process of implementing these protocols have a key role in tracking “agresive” of cases, in research and surveillance of contact cases with COVID-19. The specific methods of detection, research and epidemiological tracking make their engagement irreplaceable during the pandemic, leaving nothing surprising as long as it is in their knowledge and skills in “tracking” of all cases.
In any case referred to as suspicious in COVID-19 by the Infectious Clinic, other QKUC clinics, regional hospitals, Family Medical Centers, and ground reporting cases, the investigation of case and contact tracking is immediately initiated.
With the discovery of contacts begins detailed tracking into the mobility of contact in their last three weeks. So you get to the source of infection. This process has the maximum difficulty and takes time and represents one of the most serious, complicated, and difficult to understand.
The collected and analysed data serve in planning the terrain for tracking and testing close contacts with positive cases.
To date, 449 positive cases -- 3915 suspicious cases, 5,448 contacts -- over 500 persons in quarantine and access to border points -- have been traced, thanks to their willingness to work without stopping, covering the entire territory of the country. All people with epidemiological indicators and skeptics at COVID-19 have been tested and no one has been left untested, despite various difficulties not only for our country but also the countries of the region and Europe.
Since the beginning of the state of the COVID-19 lab staff is working seven days a week, with no set schedule of about 16 hours a day each average of 112 hours a week and 500 hours a month!
Despite this overload, all samples, which have been accepted so far, have been tested in a day or beyond, within 24 hours that mean overcoming the capacities and modern European labs. No Kosovo citizen who has had epidemiological indicators and referred to testing has been left untested. Tests for the laboratory are coming regularly, and despite the difficulties so far, no epidemiologists' team' planning has failed in covering all suspicious cases and their contacts. Compared to tests in neighboring countries, we are the same or better in relation to the population.
The test issue is laboratory procedure that doesn't change patients' self-isolation protocols because of the 14-day duty of staying on whatever circumstances the results of people with suspicious epidemiological indicators at COVID-19.
The National Institute guarantees citizen «that it is passing the epidemiological situation with all its capacities, where no one with epidemiological and clinical indicators for testing remains untested, including risk groups (first elderly and chronically ill).
Taking into account the needs of citizens for health services, we appeal to health workers to stick to ICHPK's recommendations in the use of protective measures, thereby maintaining their health, patients and all citizens of the country.
We should even be careful about the somewhat increased pressure of health workers to perform more tests. Beyond management and planning of the institution where they work, without assessing the risk of contact with people who have resulted positive at SARS-CoV-2, no matter what self-enforcement and testing protocols are required urgently to take samples for testing.
Since January The IKSC has consistently submitted recommendations, guides, protocols, standard operating procedures and additional documentations for prevention and infection control.
Please all who do not know the work of public health and the management of epidemics do not criticize us without basis, because it is giving them the maximum commitment in our circumstances.
Any unfounded criticism may be influential in the weight of the epidemiological situation and in the demoting of staff committed to the implementation of the enormous volume of jobs in meeting with the epidemic.
Dear citizens!
Please comply with all recommendations from the National Public Health Institute. Keep your physical distance for at least 2 meters and apply the necessary hygienic measures.
The virus has no legs! Don't give him your ass!
