Given that bilateral dialogue, CEFTA mechanisms and EU mediation were not successful, Kosovo has the last opportunity, although an unpleasant opportunity, to impose reciprocity measures in a strictly balanced manner in its trade relations with Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In that context, the Government of Kosovo is considering reciprocity measures in the following areas:
reciprocity measures for all documents and practices affecting business issues;
The reciprocity measure for recognition of all professional qualifications (such as diplomas, certificates, licenses, permits, etc.) released by Kosovo authorities;
reciprocity measures for car plates (autoboos, trucks, cars, etc.) );
The reciprocity move for the free movement of persons, including recognition of documents issued by Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina such as passports, IDs and patents.
