Before the departure of the holy month of Ramadan, Mufti Naim Ternava has congratulated all Muslim believers, saying it will be different this time because of the pandemic. He has urged believers that even though this month's visits and Iftars with friends and relatives are recommended to stop them and to continue respecting the measures.
“Tonight is the great night of Ramadan, and the Muslim believers begin virtually the great month of Ramadan. This month begins with the prayer of the terrawaddy, which this year we are temporarily deprived of this ibada to perform in our mosques as a result of the pandemic”, Trnava said.
Ternava said that fasting is one of five pillars of Islam, and whoever arrives this month must fast.
We only do it for God. Ramadan cultivates mercy, prayer, repentance and sacrifice. Believers in Ramadan are more sensitive and solid. The month of Ramadan brings us together in his field. He honors us. Our people must also take advantage of this month to be nobler. We need discipline more than ever, and to overcome the situation, we need solidarity among ourselves. It is required of us to increase our worships, good works and to be more solid, human and tolerant”, Ternava has said.
This month's <x0). But I call on all of you to avoid iftar visits and continue to apply the measures because of the danger. Ibards and Ifiards do it in your homes”, he said further.
