The only government that tried to provide clarifications to these appointments is incumbent Economy Minister Roseta Hajdari, who among other things employing members of the Vetevendosje Movement in public enterprises, argued that they are temporary and that, as she said, they do not steal, the Reporter writes.
However, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti prior to the election while campaigning, the citizens' vote had pledged that under his rule public enterprises would be forced by nepotism and politicisation of the boards.
