“R.A. It is suspected that in April 05, 2020, he abused his official duty as a police official, as well as that he had stopped him at a damaged checkpoint and had physically attacked him on the head and other parts of the body, which, as a result, suffered serious head injuries, injuries from which he injured one day later had suffered assault on the brain, losing consciousness, where he was subjected to surgery at the Ceurology Clinic at QUUK”, the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo reported.
The state prosecutor is said to be paying attention to the condition of the injured, as well as pending the detailed report on the medical staff.
“The state prosecutor during the 24-hour deadline will be submitted to the competent Court for determining the detention measure against defendants”.
