Hoti had been the first deputy prime minister in the Kurti Government, then the head of the LDK Parliamentary Group during the El Parliamentary legislature of the Parliament, and the finance ministers he was praised as the most successful minister.
And so, Mr. Hoti had been a candidate for prime minister in 2017 and had managed to win 115 thousand and 600 votes, writes Periscopi.

Mr. Hoti became known in the past years when he had a serious traffic accident, and the public met with his car.

However, Mr. Hoti at the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK) has declared three small residences to be owned. One with 67 square metres bought in 2010, the other was only 57m bought in 2015, and the last, 69m bought in 2018. /Periscope
