Authorities have instructed people to stay home as much as possible.
But this country has been among the first to facilitate isolation measures for garden centres and shops less than 400 square metres.
Trade centres, hairlifters and other large shops will open on 1 May.
The number of new infected is developing well, the numbers are down, we are one of the countries that stay best internationally and we are on the right track” has said Kurz at a media conference.
Austria has reported 491 deaths so far from the Devvid-19 disease that causes Coronavirus, or much less than the figures some states have faced on a daily basis.
Austrian authorities have confirmed that the infection rate is less than 2 percent on a daily basis.
