North Korea insists that it has not confirmed a single case with Avid-19, despite dividing the border with China, where it is believed to have begun spreading the coronary.
Despite recent reports claiming Kim had missed the key events of the two anniversarys, and that she was subjected to surgery in her heart, South Korean Unification Minister Kim Yeon-chul said it was reasonable to assume that the Korean leader had decided not to participate in these events because of fear.
Kim was not present on April 15th at the ceremony marking his grandfather's birth anniversary and North Korean founder Kim Il-sung, writes The Guardian, records Periscope.
“We have intelligence capacity that allows us to say confident that there are no unusual signs in North Korea,” Kim Yeon-chul said next.
