The coalition agreement between the LDK and the AAK has been reached. For the coalition agreement, AAK's first one, Ramush Haradinaj, has announced.
He has said the AAK will meet four ministries in the government that Avdullah Hoti is expected to lead.
Haradinaj said that at the ministry of foreign affairs, the minister will be nominated, Melza Haradinaj - Staubla.
But in October 2019, Melise Haradinaj was sentenced to eight months in prison on bail and a thousand euros in fines, which means she has not yet carried out the sentence, writes news.net.
Pristina's Constitutional Court had sentenced him to eight months in prison on condition to Melza Haradinaj - Stublla, since as senior official, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's adviser had made false property statements.
According to the Court's announcement, there will be no prison sentence for the convict if he does not commit another criminal offence during 1 year.
She was charged that on the occasion of taking office as political adviser to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, on September 11th 2017, she did not declare it in the Anti-Corruption Agency her ownership over business “IN MDIDLE LTD”, registered in London, though mandatory.
She had thus committed violations based on the Law on Declaration, Origin, and Control of the property of senior public officials.
