Even AAK asks Kurt to return the response to Thaci as soon as possible

The Vetevendosje movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo will eventually split roads in the coalition of hope once the new name for the mandate is proposed. LVV says they're going to give up their name, but they're going to give up deadlines. On the other hand, the LDK has pressured this to happen by the end of the week. That should not be [...]
Also this week, they are saying by LDK) that the first party issued by the October 6th elections is available to propose the name for the mandate.
As such, the Kosovo Constitution does not foresee deadlines when the name proposal for mandate should be made, following the request of the president of the state, by LDK) they are demanding that this happen within this week, maintaining a 15-day deadline, which the constitution envisions only after the name is handed over.
That there should not be delays in the mandate proposal are also saying in the party led by Ramush Haradinaj, likely to be the main partner of the LDK if given the right to form the new government.
AAKCHA MP Pal Lekaj has said about Journal Express that the mandate's name should not be delayed indefinitely, using the constitutional emptiness on this subject.
The parliamentary experience already taught us these judicial-political situations, adds the Constitutional Court's decisions here on the mandate issue during the summer of 2014. According to the many legal opinions of various experts following the collapse of the government, it is in the president's discretion following consultations with political parties to decide on the assembly's distribution or not. In the current situation, the president has decided to seek a mandate for forming the government, thus addressing the party that came first in the October 6th 2019 elections, so LVV. But that does not mean that it can delay the proposal for mandated up to unlimitedly by misusing the fact that this is not defined in the constitution”, he said.
Lekaj adds that if LVV refuses to respond, another party can be expected up to 30 days later to form the government.
“It's outside any political policy etiquette for the fact that the return deadline for an answer to the president's request for the mandate has not been specified. So the winning party has the obligation to respond to the president's request even if they reject the mandate or otherwise the president can wait until a reasonable time (15 days or even 30) and do not respond to the winning party's refusal to mandate a candidate, then it is up to the president to elect a warrant that is supposed to have 61 deputies' votes in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo<18>, AAK store deputy has said.
The LDK has already warned that they will co-operate with the AAKA, Initiative and minorities for the creation of the new government.
LVV on the other hand has given the president answers to the subject, but not the new name for the warrant. According to them, this will be done as soon as conditions are created, not clarifying deadlines
