Some 45 new and healthy volunteers will receive various doses of the vaccine that was co-developed by the NIH and Moderna.
We all feel hopeless. This is a golden opportunity for me to do something,” said the student, Jennifer Haller, 43 years old from Seattle before being vaccinated.
Public health officials said it would take you between a year and 18 months to figure out if the vaccine was successful.
