Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, through a conference on the media, has announced that he will address the Constitutional Court for the Government's decision on limiting the movement.
After the constitutional decision, as president of the country, respecting the constitutional and legal competencies as a whole, I decided to address the Constitutional Court for this decision”, President Thaci said, writes Periscope.
What I mean is that as president of the country by respecting my mandate, constitution and country laws, the legal basis that is based on the Constitution, the best laws and conventions we have sought in the near future, as the situation is urgent. On the Kosovo Constitution, no one stands, no one stands above the law.
