Telekom reports that the essential staff function normally, from 0900-17 a.m.
For more, read the announcement:
Kosovo's telecom is functioning with every department of its own to offer the country's citizens services without any disruptions, always respecting the country's government's commands in all.
We're fully committed to making every link of our activity work. Selling products is being done in all our channels without a problem.
Our sales points with essential staff are functioning normally, at 09 o'clock-17 o'clock.
Also in place are Kosovo Post points as our strategic partner, all markets, gas stations, places where the V sign is seen. ALA and E-shop.
But that is not all. Even in this situation, our teams are in service to all of you, interviewing to return services to all of you.
Today we had a case in Pristina, where an economic operator had broken a cable and left a section of the capital without the internet.
Chief executive chief Bedri Istrefi himself was at the scene to encourage our colleagues to do their work willingly in the service of citizens.
Thanks to the commitment of these employees and their dedication to the chief executive chief, all services have turned to citizens of this part of the capital.
We remain committed 24/7 to grant services to all citizens of the country despite reduced capacities.
