In the Kosovo Police Operations Department, services have been shut down and reduced in the sector that releases evidence of the criminal past, the sector that issues claims on lost documents, the sector that handles the application for gun permits.
Similarly, there is a halt to conveying dangerous material and other delivery and services to students on study issues (statistics, reports, etc. )
There will be active at the country level all Emergency Operations Centres 112.
The Civil Recording Agency has shut down the (QPD) Equipment Centres and the Centres for Registering (QRA) in the municipality of the Year, Kline and Malisheva.
Application for IDs, passport and patents, drivers as well as vehicle registration, except for QPD and the previously mentioned QRA, is only due to emergency medical cases.
The withdrawal of ID, passport and driver's license is done only at the Documentation Centre in Pristina;
Also, the selection and verification of civil affairs documents is made only for urgent medical cases and the appointed terms at foreign embassies in Kosovo.
Road traffic police will take into account all cases for the expired driver's license, as well as vehicles that have expired registration, from the government's entry into force and for those vehicles that are unregistered because the delivery of these services by the ARC is currently suspended.
Kosovo Police Inspectorate «s will have custody in calls to all regions, as necessary, and regional offices in Prizren, Gjilan of North Mitrovica will be covered by officials of the respective regions.
The Department of Public Security will not perform these civil service:
In the private security services sector: services for the parties, private insurance companies and security workers, except for specific cases that are co-ordinated between institutions, private insurance companies and security workers, or special activities between institutions, private insurance companies and security workers.
The Department for Citizenship, Asylum and Migration suspends services: residence-free equipment for foreigners, profit and loss of Kosovo citizenship, re-admission requirements and decision making regarding international protection requirements.
