Rescue teams have taken the Chinese man out of the rubble, while the number of people who are trapped by the collapse of the hotel is 70 people.
Officials said the hotel was being rebuilt illegally several times, Kosovo priss broadcasts.
Rescue teams are still working, while the owner of the 65-year-old hotel is under arrest and is under police investigation.
The Xinjia Hotel is located south of the town of Quanzhou, has several stores and 66 rooms.
During today 61 people have been removed from the ruins of the hotel where 41 of them are injured, while 20 people remain. Among these people who have ended up in ruins has been a 10-year-old who has been taken alive.
