Surroi, at “Debat Plus” at RTV Dukaagjini, has said there are no indicators that there are any available agreements between Kosovo and Serbia.
He has said Kosovo should be represented in a voice in negotiations.
The writer says that if there is a plan that is being speculated that includes changes of borders or association with executive competencies, it is bad news for Kosovo.
Surroi says the coronavirus pandemic will have effects on dialogue as government priorities change.

He says President Thaci can lead the process, but has no legitimacy for such a thing.
The publisher says the involvement of global crises like this of Kosovo in the US election campaign is not a precedent.
