Stavileci: Government deceived flour producers '% They must be supported, not damaged

The director general of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Blerand Stavileci, has come to the defense of flour producers in Kosovo who were not supported by the government at this time of pandemic and were even weaker with the decision to open the Kosovo market for flour that is already coming to Kosovo from Serbia. Former minister [...]
The former Agriculture Minister, known for launching major reforms in this sector, has written on his Facebook page that the self-designed government has had to support flour producers in Kosovo, who, as Stavileci said, have done much for the people of Kosovo, money, glass and after the war.
Blerand Stavilec's complete statement:
For the self-deserved government today, it was a fateful day. It violated the Constitution and allowed the secret entry of 100 doctors and nurses from Belgrade to Kosovo. And her wrong decision was even worse for the devout local producers of flour and wheat. Instead of her praising and expressing gratitude and support for their successful mission, both in times of war and now in time of this crisis by working hard, only to meet the demands of the population with bread, she is punishing and setting up barriers that endanger their existence.
First, the self - seized government, these heroes of war and peace, ruled them out from any kind of support for subsidies, especially now with the last fiscal package. He left them in the mercy of fate, gave them no assurance of production, allowed long lines in front of their factories, gave them no protective measure, and, worse, allowed the virus to be uncontrolled as a result of the gathering of people without protection before factories.
Second, by not getting enough, this irresponsible government made another harmful and arbitrary decision to suspend the decision related to the application of safeguard clauses against Serbian producers, thus enabling Serbia to open the road without obstacles to the flour market in Kosovo.
Therefore, this situation, created by this government and fraud, puts flour producers in a poor position in the Kosovo market and jeopardises their existence. The total production of wheat in Kosovo with over 400,000 wheat farmers is also at risk. And so are many workers who are employed in the wheat processing industry to us, as well as a very large number of self-employees in this sector are being completely ignored.
In order for flour producers and wheat producers in Kosovo not to remain in the mercy of Serbian exporters and continue to be damaged, we are on their side, and we urgently demand the suspension of today's decision, the removal of these kinds of unjust and harmful decision making practices, and the immediate installation of the visits that protect and preserve our local producers.
