In a speech to the citizens of Serbia, Vuciq has indicated that the state of emergency has been located in the country.
“Based on a letter sent to the Government and Defence Minister, and in accordance with Serbia's Constitution, we make a decision to declare the state of emergency”, Vuciq said.
