A complex action of full control of the perpetrators in Moscow is in effect, and stray dogs and cats are being killed, as confirmed by Elena Andreeva, the director of the Federal Service of Watch in the field of consumer protection and human well-being.
It has not clarified the reason for such measures, except that their goal is to prevent the spread of the virus, reports the Independent.
Authorities in Moscow have also launched attacks on potential carriers of the virus, using intelligence technology to more effectively implement quarantine, with hundreds already in isolation throughout Russia.
The Federal Tourism Agency has called on them to refrain from organised tourist visits to Italy, South Korea and Iran.
Russia aims to suspend all flights directly and from South Korea, in addition to those operated by Aeroflower and Aurora airlines. It has also been announced that regular and transit visas will not be issued to Iranian citizens until further announcement.
