Minister Blerim Reka is reporting to the Commission for European Integration. He said the ministry he is running has found him in an unpopular situation.
Before members of this commission, Reka has presented his work priorities, where he said visa liberalisation is the priority for Kosovo.
But Reka said that for such a thing to happen there must be fighting corruption and condemning high profile cases.
The 61 cases targeted high profile have not been completed, then no wonder the visa liberalisation process is stalled. About 400 thousand euros of untapped IPA money. We will try to overcome this delay in the European integration process”, he said.
Reka said those states that are seeking results in high profile cases are states that have recognised Kosovo's citizenship.
