The leader's health is not “aspaque” to worry”, the palace added in a statement, Kosova Clan reports.
Prince Albert had proved positive earlier this week.
The 62-year-old is continuing his work by his private office in the apartment and remains in touch with the authorities of his cabinet and government.
The prince is the head of the state of Monaco and one of the world's richest royals. He has officially been appointed head of the country in 2005.
