Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has indicated that he has signed the decree for emergency situations, about the situation created by the coronary.

“Based on my constitutional duties as president, after a meeting with the Kosovo Security Council, I have signed a decree to declare the state of emergency in the midst of the situation created by the explosion COVID19” wrote Thaci in “Twitter”.

The proposal for a state of emergency, Thaci gave it Tuesday evening during a press conference after the National Security Council meeting.

However, the government, during a conference after Thaci's, called it extreme and unnecessary mass. To enter into force, the decree must be voted on by two-thirds of Kosovo Assembly deputies.
