Nutrellary: Any attempt to prevent the functioning of parliament maintains the smell of a fist

The “is incredible and indignation at the ease with which the Vetevendosje Movement is trying to violate and abolish the democracy of this country by finding excuses not to hold the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly”, so politicalologist Ardi Nurlari said, since Vetevendosje is demanding that the [...] session be not held.
The Nutrellary has written that any attempt to prevent the functioning of the Parliament smells like the fist, and that LVV is trying to block a session that is mandatory with deadlines set by the Constitution.
“Vetevendosje seems to have regretted the collapse of the ruling coalition and is trying to catch hold with the fingernails and teeth of power by looking for ways to prevent the Votle trust motion.”, he writes.
His complete scripture:
It is incredible and indignation with which the Vetevendosje Movement is trying to violate and abolish the democracy of this country by finding excuses not to hold the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly.
Just as the Vetevendosje has been trying in recent years to prevent it with Molotov and tear gas, the functioning of Kosovo's Temple of Democracy, the Vetevendosje is trying to prevent a session that is automatically binding on deadlines well defined by the Constitution with the excuse for the risk of Coronavirus infection.
Vetevendosje seems to have regretted the collapse of the ruling coalition and is trying to capture with his fingernails and teeth at power by looking for ways to prevent the Votle trust motion.
The deputy head of Kosovo's Parliament and Vetevendosje, Arberie Nagavci, has said it is impossible to go to a parliamentary session due to the endangerment of MPs, which constitutes a desponsion from the state's responsibility of politicians, while hundreds of other state officials, doctors, nurses, police and soldiers are on the front line facing directly the threat of Coronavirus.
Kosovo politicians paid by taxpayers do not have to be privileged against tens of thousands of ordinary citizens who daily continue to go to work in pharmacys, grocery stores, factories and private farms.
After all, an urgent parliamentary session was already organised for the passage of the budget, following the finding of the first cases of the infected, and the government is regularly meeting despite the risk.
To clarify this absurd, low proposal, whether it dares to be overlooked by parliament or not in conditions of epidemic, we need to see what is done in other democratic countries, taking, for example, the democratic state that today has victims from Coronavirus, Italy.
The last general session of Italian parliamentarians was organised last Wednesday on March 18th (can be seen watching the session video clicking the 18Mazo Eve) on a day when Italy had 1,084 infections and 475 victims, reaching the total of 2,434 dead.
As the official page shows, the next session of the lower house of Italian deputies is scheduled for next Wednesday, March 25th, 1500 p.m. The same applies to other democratic states.
The second most affected state today is Spain, on March 17th, which in the midst of the outbreak brought together the two chambers of parliament, the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, to ratify the North Macedonia NATO entry agreement and emergency health law.
The two chambers of the French Parliament -- whether the Senate or the National Ensemble -- gathered recently Sunday on 22 March, and, among other things, voted the emergency situation regarding the pandemic.
So parliamentary democracy functions, cannot be destroyed during crises, rather, with the constitution in Kosovo the assembly should function even in cases of literal war.
Therefore, any attempt to prevent the functioning of parliament and the development of the Votete confidence motion retains the smell of a coup constitutes a direct attack on the Constitutional Order of the Republic of Kosovo, for which causes will inevitably have personal legal responsibility.
