LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa says the decision by Prime Minister Kurti to sack Minister Agim Veliu, without consulting at all, could lead to coalition collapse.
He writes in FBR:
Honored Citizens
To me and LDK is unacceptable the dismissal of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Public Administration, Mr. Agim Veliu.
This is a violation of the coalition agreement.
By agreement we have determined that ministers can be dismissed by the prime minister in consultation with the president of the political subject the coalition has become with, given a rationale that the LDK chairman accepts.
As LDK chairman, I have not consulted the prime minister, and much less accept his made public reasons.
I ask the prime minister to cancel Mr. Veliu and make a decision on tax removal by the end of the week.
The prime minister's unilateral actions are harmful and unacceptable and lead to coalition collapse. IM
