“2020 is not 2015-ta”, Merkel said at an economic forum in Berlin, attended by Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, whose country is facing a large influx of migrants after Turkey's opening its border on February 29th.
It assured citizens that politicians are trying to find a solution to the problem and put migration under control, a goal that has so far been avoided by the divided EU member states.
