The Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Infrastructure and Environment has discussed the tasks, priorities and organisation of the Commission's work.
The chairman of this commission, Liburn Aliu, gave an idea but did not find support from the deputies of this commission.
Aliu said that at this stage when there are no government programmes, he proposed that two visits be made to ministries that are under the supervision of this commission.
“Since we don't have a government program, however, we agreed to continue working on this commission. Within our scope and since we still don't plan the government program, I propose we take two visits to the two ministries that are in our supervision as Commission”.
“Visita be held at the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment. This visit will be made in the coming days this goal of introducing to us the program of these two ministries that they plan- program”, Aliu said.
But with this proposal of Ali, PDK deputy Evgeni Thaci did not agree. She said that first the ministers themselves must come to the commission to be notified by members and then to visit.
I ask you to present the work plan. I don't think that's an idea that I can support because the ministers themselves need to come to this” commission.
We are not the ones to send requests to the ministry for visits. We should ask the ministers to come to this commission. Prior to doing the work plan and then the ministers come to this commission. Then we can make these visits”, she said.
But Aliu said this visit is only being made to meet with the work plan in these ministries.
The purpose of the visit is to be more prepared from the start. We're going to call the ministers on the commission and this is our competence and we're not going to leave them alone and they don't have anything to tell us right now.
We go to visit and there we can meet with the work of each department and we have all that plan easier to understand. We're going as deputy to be voted by citizens and we voted them out. We're going to visit and whoever wants to come is welcome”, Ali said.
AAK MP Rasim Selmanaj said it is not good practice for commissions to go to the ministry, but vice versa. But who said it wasn't against this visit.
The “would not be good practice for us to make visits, but the visits are in our interest that would help plan this commission's work. But we shouldn't practice that it's not okay we go visit, they come here. I am in favour of this visit, but it is not good to create such a practice”, Selmanaj said.
That ministers have something to report to the commission, PDK MP Evgeni Thaci gave an idea.
I can give you an idea that we can invite Minister Lumir Abdixhiku instead of us. So let me come and talk to Dadac that we don't know what the government thinks. So this is just an idea of what this minister might report about in this case”, Thaci said.
The PDK MP said that if this commission has no concrete plan, it is good not to invite this commission anymore.
As for this visit, Commission Chairman Lieburn Aliu said he will personally go. Rasim Selmanaj said he would go with him.
Also on this commission was formed a working group for managing the memorial complex”Adem Jashari”.
It said that in the serious condition of this complex, it would force Government to enter this year's budget.
“I think this group will be announced with the work remaining by the past Government and perform the works on this governing mandate. So we, as a commission, made a decision to form a group for law enforcement of the memorial complex édem Jashari”, Aliu said.
Andrew Shala, from the Social Democrat Initiative, said it is sufficient for three members to be in this working group, EO reports.
Our “Synnim is to pressure Government this year to enter this year's budget to introduce the restoration of this” complex.
“We know that the situation in this complex is serious. I propose that in this working group there are three members. I don't think we should go any more”, Shala said.
The members of this task force will be Lieburn Aliu from the VV, Bajrush Xhemajli from PDK and Ilir Ferati from LDK.
