Social Democrat Initiative leader Fatmir Limaj has reacted after the Constitutional Court's decision, which overturned the government's decision to restrict the movement of citizens.
Limaj has said that the Government, through that decision, shared its intentions to rob competencies, which do not belong to it until it restricts the civil rights of citizens.
“Sic said earlier, in no case and in no law does the government have the right to take or announce such measures as it has outlined in the decision. The government through that decision distributed the goals it had to rob the powers they do not belong to, until the restrictions on citizens' civil rights”, Limaj said in a Facebook-sented response.
He demanded of all those “that have contributed to the drafting of this unconstitutional decision should at least apologize for non-professionalism”.
