At the Kosovo Government meeting held today, it is voted for the principles and approach to be followed along Albin Kurti's rule.
Within the framework of the programme for the next three years, where the priorities and decisions will be made to improve the situation in the country are also access to dialogue with Serbia.
The theme of the talks has been set as the final point of the 45-page programme, while general government orientations regarding the agenda of European integration and foreign policy are also shown.
As for the foreign policy part, there will reportedly be empowering diplomatic relations with states that have recognised the Republic of Kosovo.
However, in the area where Kosovo dialogue is discussed, Serbia is not presented with American mediation talks.
It stipulates that they will engage in normalising relations with Serbia through dialogue and in the spirit of the principle of reciprocity, and that dialogue will be developed on issues of bilateral and good neighbourly reports, including the issue of the undiscovered, war and occupational reparations, etc.
It is stressed that full review of agreements reached so far will be made in order to analyse their implementation on Serbia's part and that in co-operation with the EU these issues will be added to dialogue.
There are already no mention of signed agreements with American mediation.
